ORDERS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Why have I not received my product yet?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that Customer’s order might get delayed. We will send Customers an e-mail informing Customers about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the My Orders page in Customer’s My account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of Customer’s order

What is the difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of Customer’s order. Customers will find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on our site (E.g. Dispatched within 5 days). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take 1-3 days depending on the address specified for the order.

Do I have to pay any shipping or delivery charges?

Shipping/Delivery charges are particular to a product and are visible on the product page. For many products on Auzaro.com, delivery charges are free as well.
There are no delivery charges for orders above 2000 INR.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by clicking in Return/Replace option in Customer’s My Orders page within the 10Days Replacement period. We will look at it immediately and get back to Customers.

Which courier company do Customers use for delivery?

We have tied up with a number of reputed courier partners. The courier service provider for Customer’s order is selected based on Customer’s location.

I want to ship something abroad. Can I do that?

We don't deliver products internationally right now. However, Customers can place orders to India from anywhere in the world.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

When will I get my refund?

If you want refund in your bank account it will take 5-7 working days and if you want store credits, it will be initiated in 24-48 hours.

How do I return or replace a product?

Just click on the Return/Replace button Customers see against Customer’s order in Customer’s My Orders page in My Account, and we will take care of the rest.
Customers can return a product to Auzaro.com.com if:

Product is still under 10 days of receipt of Customer’s order
Faulty/defective product
Physically damaged product
Unhappy with the product quality
The product is different from description on the website
Size/Fit issue

However, sometimes the Vendor’s Shipping, Return or Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policies differ from Auzaro.com, and in those cases Auzaro.com has to follow the Policies of Vendors . Therefore, we request all our Customers to do a thorough check with the Vendor’s Policies before placing any Order.

We’ll arrange for pickup of Customer’s package within 4 working days of receipt of Customer’s request through one of our courier partners.

How do I cancel my order?

Customers can cancel their order any time before the shipping of Customer’s product. Just click on Cancel button against the order in My Orders in My Account. We will cancel it and initiate Customer’s refund.

What do I do if I receive wrong product?

If Customers receive a wrong product, we request Customers to report Customer’s concern through our Contact Us form within 10 days of receipt of Customer’s order. We’ll get back to Customers and arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of Customer’s complaint. Customers can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.

What do I do if I receive a faulty product?

If Customers receive a faulty product, we request Customers to Contact Us within 10 days of receipt of Customer’s order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of Customer’s complaint and inspect the product. If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we’ll exchange it for Customers/refund the entire amount, as per Customer’s request.

What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?

Our 10 days Replacement policy ensures that Customers have a hassle-free shopping experience with Auzaro.com.com. Our service guarantees Customer’s purchase and gives Customers 100% of Customer’s money back in case we falter on our commitments.
Following are the terms and conditions for return/replacement.

Products must be in their original condition
Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
Brand packaging should be intact
If the product value is less than Rs. 1000, amount will be refunded in Auzaro Credit which can be used in parts or fully in the next 1 year
Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded product. We source branded products and these products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.
Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website

I am not satisfied with the quality of product I received. What should I do?

Don’t worry! If Customers are not satisfied with the quality of Customer’s product, we request Customers to report Customer’s concern through our Contact Us form within 10 days of receipt of their order. We’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of Customer’s complaint, check for the product quality and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per Customer’s request.

What do I do if the product received is physically damaged?

If Customers receive a physically damaged product, we request Customers to report Customer’s concern through our Contact Us form within 10 days of receipt of Customer’s order. Customers will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of Customer’s complaint, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund/replacement of the product as per Customer’s request.

How long will it take to cancel my order?

We take 1-2 business days to cancel Customer’s order and initiate refund if applicable. Customers will be intimated once cancellation is complete.

What if I choose to have replacement and the product is sold out on Auzaro.com?

Replacements are made basis availability of the product on the website. If the product is not available on the website, we’ll initiate refund after Customer’s confirmation

What do I do if product received is different from the description on Auzaro.com?

If Customers receive a product that is different from the description on Auzaro.com.com, we request Customers to report Customer’s concern through our Contact Us form within 10 days of receipt of their order. Customers will then be requested to share images of the product. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of Customer’s complaint. Customers can choose to have refund/replacement of the product.

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return/replacement:

Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
Innerwear, lingerie cannot be returned on account of hygiene
Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product as they can’t be resold
In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back? Will I get the money back?

If we arrange the pick up of Customer’s product, Customers don't need to pay anything.

In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for Customers, we’ll inform Customers and request Customers to return the product via any other courier. We will refund the amount.

Why was my order cancelled?

Customer’s order may have been cancelled because of any of the following reasons:

Non-availability of the product(s)
Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
Problems identified by our fraud detection department

We may put additional checks and verifications or seek more information before accepting any order. We will contact Customers if all or a part of Customer’s order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Customer’s order.

Purchasing on Auzaro.com

Do Customer’s products come with guarantee/warranty details?

Auzaro.com guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, security, quality, support and value for money. All products sold on Auzaro.com are original and covered under fixed period manufacturer warranty for hardware or software issues, wherever applicable.

I haven't received any SMS/e-mail confirmation about the order I just placed on Auzaro.com. What should I do?

Please fill in our Contact Us form with Customer’s transaction details and we will look into it immediately and get back to Customers with the confirmation.

I have added a few products to my cart but I won't be buying them now. Can Customers save my list?

Yes, absolutely. We will keep Customer’s cart saved with us. The selected items will not be removed unless Customers remove those. However, since our inventory sells out fast, it is advised that Customers complete Customer’s purchase as soon as Customers can.

Can I buy more than one product in one go?

Yes, Customers can. As Customers click the Buy button on a product page, it gets added to Customer’s shopping cart. Customers can add as many products as Customers want and then pay for the entire order in one go!

I am interested in a product that is sold out. How can I buy it?

Don't be disheartened if a product Customers like is not available currently. Click the Notify Me button/link on the product page. We will let Customers know the moment Customer’s selected product is back in stock.

I don't know how to buy online. What should I do?

Don't worry if Customers have never bought online. Here are the steps to buy products and deals on Auzaro.com.

Click theBuy button on the product or deal Customers like.
Click the Proceed to Payment button.
Enter Customer’s name, e-mail ID and phone number next.
Enter Customer’s shipping address if Customers are buying products.
Click the Proceed to Payment button.
Select Customer’s payment mode (Credit card, Debit card, Netbanking, Cash on Delivery, Credit Card EMI). If Customers are not comfortable paying online, Customers can choose the Cash on Delivery option and pay on the actual delivery of Customer’s product.

How do I know my purchase is complete?

Customers will see a confirmation message on the screen along with Customer’s order number.Customer shall also receive a mail about Order Placed.

I did not get an invoice with my product bought from Auzaro.com. What should I do?

All Auzaro.com products are delivered along with an invoice. In case an invoice is not given to Customers along with Customer’s delivered product, please fill in our Contact Us form with Customer’s transaction details and we will look into it immediately.

How do I check my Auzaro Credit balance?
I don't remember my password. Help!

Don't worry. Here's what Customers need to do:

Click My Account on the top right of the site page to access the login window.
Click the Forgot Customer’s password link available on the bottom right of the login window.
Enter Customer’s e-mail ID in the displayed field.
We will send Customers a link in Customer’s e-mail.
Customers can reset Customer’s password instantly by clicking the link

I don't want to receive any e-mails from Auzaro.com anymore. What should I do?

Sorry if we have been bothering Customers.

Customers can unsubscribe from our e-mails by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the e-mail Customers have received from us. Customers will do us a favor if Customers let us know their reason(s) for unsubscribing, so that we can keep this in mind and serve Customers better in the future.

I am concerned about the privacy of my personal information I have shared with Auzaro.com.

We understand that Customers value Customer’s privacy, and we respect it. Auzaro.com maintains complete confidentiality and privacy of the data that Customers share with us. Please go through our privacy policy in case Customers need more details.

Is it necessary for me to sign up before I buy anything on Auzaro.com?

Not at all. Customers just need to enter a valid e-mail id before making a purchase. And choose the option of 'Continue without password' as shown below.

Are there any perks of signing up on Auzaro.com?

Yes. There are definitely a few advantages of signing up:

Customers will have quicker and smoother transactions
Customer’s past shipping addresses will be saved so that Customers don't have to enter them all over again in Customer’s next visit.
Customers can track the history of every order with their details in Customer’s account.
Customers will be able to earn (through various promotions) and use Auzaro Credit .

Thinking signing up is complicated? All Customers need to be ready with is Customer’s e-mail ID!

Payments

What is Auzaro Credit?

Auzaro Credit is a type of money that can (only) be used on Auzaro.com to make purchases. Auzaro Credit is non-transferrable. Auzaro.com reserves the right to amend policies related to distribution/redemption of Auzaro Credit.

Can I use Auzaro Credit to purchase any product or deal on Auzaro.com?

Customers can use Auzaro Credit to purchase most products on Auzaro.com. However it may not be applicable for some of the products.

What is COD?

COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if Customers don’t want to use Customer’s credit/debit card or use internet banking. Customers have the option of paying for the purchase at Customer’s doorstep. Just place the order and make cash payment upon the delivery of Customer’s order.

Can I pay COD (Cash On Delivery) for every product I buy on Auzaro.com?

The cash-on-delivery option is not available on all products. The product details page indicates whether cash on delivery is applicable for a particular product.

Is it safe to save card details on Auzaro.com?

Customer’s card details are 100% safe with us. The card details are saved only after successful completion of Customer’s order.

What information does Auzaro.com store when I save my card?

We store only the card number, the cardholder name and the card expiry date. We do not store the CVV number or the 3D secure password. Even for a saved card, Customers need to enter their CVV number for every transaction, thereby keeping the control with Customers.

What is the advantage of saving my card on Auzaro.com?

Shopping is faster as it saves Customers the hassle of entering Customer’s card details every time Customers buy at Auzaro.com. Saved card details can be used to make payments during the checkout process.

How many cards can I save on Auzaro.com?

As many as Customers like

Is there a pre-requisite for saving a card and using it?

If Customers are a registered user at Auzaro.com and are logged in during the transaction, Customers will be able to save the card if Customers choose the credit card or debit card option.

In case Customers want to use a saved card, the Saved Card checkbox is just below the place where Customers enter their card details. Customers should be logged in to use a saved card for their transaction.

What kind of cards I can save on Auzaro.com?

Customers can save any Master/Visa credit card and any Master/Visa/Maestro debit card. The card should have been issued in India.

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What do I do?

Please fill in our 'Contact us' form available under the 'Any other query' section with Customer’s transaction details and we will look into it immediately.

If Customer’s money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to Customer’s account.

How does the refund process work and what is the time limit?

Once the order is cancelled at the merchant’s website or in case of failed transactions, Auzaro.com's ensures that Customers get the amount to be refunded within 7-15 days of cancelling the order depending upon the bank.

Does Auzaro Credit have an expiry date?

Yes, Auzaro Credit has an expiry date. Depending on the reason due to which Auzaro Credit has been credited to Customer’s account, it is assigned a specific expiry date. Customers may check the expiry date of their Auzaro Credit under My Auzaro Credit section in Customer’s profile. Customers need to be logged into their account to view this.

I don't have a credit/debit card. Can I still make a purchase at Auzaro.com?

Absolutely! Customers can try either of the following modes of payment:

Internet banking - Customers may use their internet-enabled bank account to make the purchase online.
Cash on delivery - Customers may choose to pay money on the actual delivery of their product(s) at their place. This option, however, is not available for every product.

Can I pay in installments (EMI) for a purchase?

No. We will shortly notify you regarding the EMI Payments

What are the different modes of payment on Auzaro.com?

Customers can use any one of the following payment methods:

Credit card (Visa/ Master/ Amex)
Debit card (All leading bank debit cards)
Netbanking (For all leading banks )
Cash on Delivery (Available on select deals and products)
Auzaro Credit

Are there any hidden costs when I make a purchase on Auzaro.com?

None. We will never hide any cost from Customers. The price and charges mentioned on the site are final.

I would like to pay when my order is delivered. Is that possible?

Absolutely! Customers can make use of our Cash on Delivery option. By selecting this payment option, Customers are required to pay money on the actual delivery of their product(s).

Can I pay by cheque upon delivery of my order?

Sorry, we cannot accept cheques. It is advisable to keep the money ready when the delivery is expected.

How can I get more Auzaro Credit?

Look out for contests, cash-back offers and other special promotions that are run on the site from time to time. Customers can earn Auzaro Credit by participating in these.

I have Auzaro Credit with multiple expiration dates in my account. Which one will be used when I place an order?

If Customers have Auzaro Credit with multiple expiration dates in their account, the Auzaro Credit with the nearest expiration date will be used first, then the Auzaro Credit with the next expiration date and so on.

Customers can check this in the Debit History section in the My Auzaro Credit page of their account. Customers need to be logged into their account to view this.

Why am I not getting an option to use Auzaro Credit to make a purchase?

Please check if Customers are logged in. Customers can use Auzaro Credit to make a purchase only when Customers are logged in.

If Customers are logged in and Customers still don’t get an option to use Auzaro Credit, Customer’s cart could be containing items which cannot be bought using Auzaro Credit.

Customer’s Auzaro Credit balance will be shown on the Order Summary page just before Customers are taken to the page with payment options. Customers may choose to use Auzaro Credit along with another payment mode to pay for Customer’s order or use only Auzaro Credit to complete the order.
